Who we are
Pathwaves Connect is a nonprofit organization working to improve the health outcomes of children, families, and communities through education, training, engagement, and collaboration.
We use science, research, and evidence to guide action steps for individuals, organizations, and communities as they answer the questions “what’s next?" or “what can I do?” surrounding everyday life experiences ~ which are impactful determinants of health.
Our programs serve all individuals and every community, maximizing on a multi-sector collaboration model, to reach those who receive direct services, those who provide them, and organizations that implement them.
The founder of Pathwaves Connect has been in the healthcare sector since 2003, always embracing her mission to promote health, prevent disease, and advocate for children and families. She began work specific to Pathwaves Connect in 2023.
